5﹒ According to the error situation of the rubber parts and the drawing requirements, the hand spraying process is drawn up. Under normal circumstances, when the plastic part's shape and position error exceeds 0.05 to 0.1 mm, the margin of the picture is not clear. If the marginal picture is required to be clear, then a more useful method should be considered to control the plastic part's shape and position error, perhaps considering the disassembly process, or perhaps changing to pad printing.
